2.Working principle: metal or alloy in vacuum or inert gas protection condition are melt then metal liquid passes through preheated crucible, runs down from fluid-direction tube by high-pressure water and low-pressure gas flow and are disintegrated into fine droplets. Pumping action caused by negative pressure of gas atomizing nozzle as gas atomizing nozzle is under water atomizing nozzle, atomization process is conducted smoothly to produce powders in semi-spherical or irregular shape.
